Subprocessors list
The providers that process data on RO Vision Media's behalf for the NextX platform.
01Change notification
Next M is notified at least 15 days before a new subprocessor gets access to data and may raise a reasoned objection.
02Next M data sources
Papervee (timesheets and leave) and Safefleet (fleet and journeys) are contracted directly by Next M. NextX only reads data from these systems, at Next M's request.
03Transfers outside the EU
For US providers, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified entities, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
