Terms of use
Conditions for accessing and using the NextX platform and the NextX mobile app.
01Provider
The NextX platform, meaning the app.nextx.ro web app and the NextX mobile app, is provided by RO Vision Media (company details in POL-10). Next M uses the platform under a licence and services contract with RO Vision Media.
02Scope
These terms apply to every NextX user: Next M staff and contractors, and client representatives who have been given an account.
03Accounts
Accounts are created by Next M administrators; there is no public sign-up. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Holders keep their password confidential and report any unauthorised access to support@nextx.ro immediately.
04Intellectual property
The NextX platform, its code, design and documentation belong to RO Vision Media. Users receive only the right of use needed for their work for Next M. Data entered in the platform belongs to Next M and, where applicable, its clients. The Next M name and brand belong to Next M.
05Suspension
Next M administrators can deactivate an account at any time. RO Vision Media may suspend an account for breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy (POL-06), or to protect the platform's security.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The relationship between RO Vision Media and Next M is governed by the contract between the two companies.
